As a teacher and a mum, I have seen first hand just how important sleep is. My passion lies in supporting parents and guiding them towards healthier sleep habits for their families.
My journey with Blissful Bedtimes began with my own experiences as a mum. When our little one hit the 4-month sleep regression, I faced overwhelming challenges and sought help from a sleep consultant who transformed our lives and saved my sanity.
Inspired by this experience, I studied through Baby Sleep Consultant Training receiving my certificate as an Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, and I am qualified to work with newborn babies and children up to the age of 5.
Each baby is unique, and that’s the foundation of my approach at Blissful Bedtimes. I create personalised sleep plans tailored to your baby’s specific needs, so you don’t have to navigate the overwhelming sea of advice on your own. I’m committed to helping parents feel empowered and prepared for their own sleep challenges.
Using scientifically backed, evidence-based practices, I ensure your family gets the restful nights they deserve. Trained in all sleep training methods, I recommend the best approach aligned with your family’s philosophy and needs. My role is to provide you with effective tools and techniques to help your baby fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up feeling happy and refreshed.
