Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Blissful Bedtimes (ABN 35 669 962 210), accessible at www.blissfulbedtimes.com.au
Acceptance of Terms: By using this website and engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our services.
Client Responsibilities:
Follow safe sleep practices in accordance with guidelines from SIDS, AAP, and WHO.
Disclose any relevant medical information about your child to Blissful Bedtimes.
Make sure your child is healthy, free from any current illnesses, and thriving, without weight gain issues that could be contributing to sleep problems.
Consult with your GP if your baby has any medical conditions that may affect safe sleep training.
If I recommend a medical review by your GP or paediatrician for any reason, please note that this is simply a suggestion based on the information from your questionnaire. If your GP or paediatrician does not approve sleep training following their review, we will be unable to proceed, and you will receive a full refund.
Support will be commenced within seven days after receiving and reviewing your personalised plan.
Acknowledges and accepts they are responsible for the health and safety of their child at all times.
Payment and Booking:
Full payment is required before services commence. Confirmation of in-home visits is contingent upon receipt of full payment.
All payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the cancellation policy.
You have one month from payment to commence your consultation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Client must provide at least 48 hours notice for the cancellation of home consultations, to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are subject to a 50% refund and a cancellation fee of $120. Reasonable explanation for failure to give 48 hours notice is subject to consideration, and refundable fees will be at the discretion of Blissful Bedtimes.
In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, services may be rescheduled within 30 days.
Support and Consultations:
Support is provided as outlined in your selected package for a specified period.
Additional support beyond the package period is available at an extra cost.
After receiving an intake form, personalised sleep plans will be emailed within 5 business days.
Email and text support are available Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 9pm, and are limited on weekends.
Blissful Bedtimes does not guarantee specific outcomes within designated time frames. Results depend on various factors including the child's age, temperament, health conditions, client commitment and consistency, external influences, and the changing needs of the child.
The effectiveness of a personalised plan may take up to 10-14 days of consistent client implementation and no specific outcome is guaranteed by Blissful Bedtimes.
The client is responsible for completing sleep logs to use for follow up support.
The client is responsible for advising Blissful Bedtimes who will be in attendance during home visits. If for any reason Blissful Bedtimes feels their safety is at risk, they will terminate their services with no refund.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Personal information shared with Blissful Bedtimes is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Personalised sleep plans are confidential and intended solely for the client's use. They may not be shared or reproduced.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the Blissful Bedtimes website, including intellectual property, remains the property of Blissful Bedtimes and its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission from Blissful Bedtimes.
Safety:
For safety and liability reasons, Blissful Bedtimes does not work with clients who practice co-sleeping (sleeping together in the family bed). If you wish to discontinue co-sleeping and engage our services, we can assist. Otherwise, a full refund will be provided. Our sleep recommendations align with guidelines from Red Nose Australia, WHO, and AAP regarding safe sleep practices.
Agreement:
By purchasing a consultation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
Blissful Bedtimes does not provide medical advice. Any decisions made regarding your child's sleep are your responsibility. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify Blissful Bedtimes against any liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms:
Blissful Bedtimes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
